Wise Owl Pancakes

 Recipe by: Norah  (YouTube tutorial below!) Ingredients:  Pancake mix 2 Tbsp peanut butter 1 banana 2 strawberries 4 blueberries Directions:  Prepare pancakes according to instructions.  Using one pancake, spread peanut butter on top. Slice strawberries and place on pancake as owl wings.  Cut remaining strawberries in smaller triangles to use as the beak.  Slice bananas and assemble with blueberries as the owl eyes. 

Smoothie Bowl

 Recipe by: Owen  Ingredients:  1/2 cup almond milk  1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1/8 cup almond butter 1 banana 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 Tbsp coconut flakes Directions:  Pour almond milk into blender.  Add blueberries, strawberries, greek yogurt and almond butter into blender.  Chop up one banana and add to blender.  Blend ingredients together.  Once done blending, pour into a bowl.  Top with additional banana slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes and any other toppings you might enjoy! 

Pistachio Bread

 Recipe by: John  Ingredients:  1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 4 eggs 1/8 cup water 1/4 cup oil  1 cup sour cream  1/4 cup sugar cinnamon, to taste Directions:  Combine everything but the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, and mix with a spoon. (NO mixer) Mix sugar and desired amount of cinnamon.  Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon. Pour half the battery in each pan, then sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon.  Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.  Can be frozen after baking, to enjoy later. 

Avocado Toast

 Recipe by: Maddie  Ingredients:  1 slice of sourdough bread 1 egg 1 avocado, mashed salt and pepper microgreens (optional) Directions:  Cook egg to your liking.  While egg is cooking, toast the bread.  Season avocado with salt and pepper, to taste. Layer toast, avocado, egg and optional microgreens. 

Homemade Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:  1 pkg. crescent rolls  4 sticks of string cheese pepperoni 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 tsp garlic powder pizza sauce Directions:  Melt butter in microwave, then add garlic powder.  Roll out crescent rolls and separate into triangles.  Layer crescent roll, sauce, 1/2 stick of string cheese and pepperoni.  Roll up and seal ends so toppings stay in.  Brush with butter mix.  Bake at 350 F for 11 minutes or until golden brown. 

Monster Peanut Butter Ball Treats

 Recipe by: Nicolette Ingredients:  2 cups of oats 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips 3 Tbsp honey  2 mini graham crackers Directions:  Mix oats, peanut butter, M&Ms, chocolate chips and honey in a bowl.  Form into ball shapes and lay out on a pan or parchment paper.  Crush mini graham crackers and sprinkle on top.  Refrigerate and enjoy!
