Pistachio Bread

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • cinnamon, to taste

Directions: 

  1. Combine everything but the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, and mix with a spoon. (NO mixer)
  2. Mix sugar and desired amount of cinnamon. 
  3. Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon.
  4. Pour half the battery in each pan, then sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon. 
  5. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. 
  6. Can be frozen after baking, to enjoy later.
