Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- cinnamon, to taste
Directions:
- Combine everything but the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, and mix with a spoon. (NO mixer)
- Mix sugar and desired amount of cinnamon.
- Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon.
- Pour half the battery in each pan, then sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
- Can be frozen after baking, to enjoy later.
