Baked Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Mix seasonings and panko breadcrumbs together in a shallow dish.
- Put flour in a separate dish.
- Beat eggs in a another dish.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place an oven safe cooling rack on top of cookie sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Dredge the chicken tenders in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place them on the cooling rack.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once halfway.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
